Sunrise in Silver stands behind its products. If you did not receive the product that you ordered, or if the product you received is damaged, please ship the item back to us and we will send you a new item at our shipping expense. If this occurs, please contact our Customer Service Help Center at email@example.com. Please note - Customers will have 30 days from delivery of the product to contact Sunrise in Silver for a return.
Returns being made for any other reason may be made within 90 days of delivery, at the customer's shipping expense, if all requirements listed below are met:
1. Items are to be in new and unused condition
2. All original tags, instructions, and accessories that came with the original shipment need to be included with the return
3. Products are to be placed back in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items include:
1. Custom and Personalized items
2. Special Order Items
If you wish to return an item, and the above requirements have been met, please follow our easy 2 step return process:
1. Obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)
o To obtain your RMA number, email our Customer Service Help Center at firstname.lastname@example.org. A representative will assign your RMA number.
2. Once you have your RMA number, you are ready to ship your order back for a refund (minus your original shipping charge).
o Send your item back to the address given to you from our Customer Service Representative. Write your RMA number on the OUTSIDE of the carton, next to the "ship to" address.
o Send the order using a traceable form of shipment such as FedEx, UPS, Certified or Priority Mail.
